Chistell Publishing is a family-owned book publisher based in the Southeastern United States, founded in August 1998. Our mission is to offer a diverse collection of novels that represent a wide range of cultures and experiences, catering to an ever-expanding global audience. To foster literacy and a passion for reading, we host an annual international writing contest that supports poets, novelists, and short story writers from all walks of life.

As our founder often says, “Diversity, literacy, and education are the keys to growth. Through reading, we discover new perspectives and experiences. For me, books were a window to a world beyond my small town and the limited opportunities I saw growing up in the projects.”
